Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@vulcanhome.store or +20 113 140 8305 as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition. To start a return, email info@vulcanhome.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
